Wednesdays: 9.30am - 10.45am Advanced beginners and Intermediate level
6pm - 7pm Beginner Level

Thursdays: 11am -12.15pm Beginners and Intermediate level

Fridays: 9.30am - 10.45am Advanced beginners and Intermediate level

Please note the following, especially if this is your first time:

★ Wear comfortable clothing, preferably not too loose, this allows the teacher to accurately observe physical alignment and actions in the body.
★ Bare feet is the rule in yoga and an empty stomach is recommended (wait about 2-3 hours after a heavy meal and 30 minutes after a light snack).
★ We have props at the studio, as well as mats, but you are encouraged to bring your own mat, if you have one.
★ Drink water, after class. Not during. Not cold water. Warm water with lemon is nice.
★ Become familiar with abhyanga. Massaging oils into your body. This helps with joint health as well as inner fluidity….
★ Be sure to inform the teacher if you have any injuries or medical problems, as well as if you are menstruating as poses can be modified to suit your needs.
