WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXERCISE AND YOGA?

The physical practice of yoga may seem like just another form of exercise or even resemble gymnastic feats of the body. Superficially the physical effects of the practice leads to greater strength and flexibility. There are balancing effects to the physiology of the endocrine, nervous and circulatory systems. The real practice of Yoga is beyond language and all about experience. A methodical, slow and consistent practice becomes a powerful tool for physical, emotional and spiritual transformation.
